On Sunday, April 24, Montgomery County Deputies Chad Davis and Steven Gibbs responded to a call at the Tyler Caldwell residence in Mt. Ida. During the course of the investigation at the residence, deputies could smell an odor of Marijuana coming from a car parked outside the residence.  18th West Judicial Drug Task Force Investigator Mike May was contacted and responded to the scene.  The deputies conducted a search of the property and vehicles in which a large amount of Methamphetamine was located inside the residence.  Marijuana was also located on the premises and a female at the residence was discovered to be holding blotters of LSD.  Mr. Caldwell was arrested and his bond is set at $55,000.  The investigation into the LSD is ongoing at this time.
